We hold GOLD NSI (National Security Inspectorate) certificate of approval and are assessed and audited twice a year in order to maintain this status; for the design, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems including:
We offer a genuine 24-hour emergency service and the telephone is manned 24 hours a day where our engineers and office staff are available to assist. We do not use a call receiving service, or voice automated system (only an answerphone when all our lines are engaged)!
All new installations and equipment are covered under full warranty together with our 24-hour back-up service with engineer assistance and/or call-out if required together with on-going maintenance service cover.

Turner Security Systems Limited is an accredited NSI (National Security Inspectorate) Gold installer, therefore all employees are committed to meeting the regulatory, legal and environmental expectations of the industry that have been agreed by insurers, police, professional institutions and relevant trade associations.

Measures are in place in essential core areas of the business which indicate how well the business is performing. This includes not only basic business measures of cash flow, sales, capital expenditure etc, but also compliant resolution criteria, false alarm statistics and contractual obligations such as routine maintenance and call out response times. Additionally, data is collected to determine success in continually satisfying the expectations of the customer.

To this end the company has developed and implemented a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the ISO standard and NSI Quality Schedule SSQS101 “The Design, Planning, Installation and Maintenance of Electronic Security Systems” providing confidence not only that installations meet the requirements of the contract and specifications, but also that our business is committed to continual improvement.
